Asreen Beds is operated by Glorious Beds Ltd, trading as Asreen Beds UK.
Orders are confirmed via email, at which point a contract forms. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, and will refund you accordingly.
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing inaccuracies even after an order has been submitted.
Deposits are non-refundable, except when we cancel due to unavailability, pricing errors, or offer mistakes.
Discount codes are restricted to one per customer, per order. Combining codes violates these terms and may result in order cancellation.
Delivery costs cannot be refunded. We don't guarantee specific delivery dates or accept responsibility for property damage. Redelivery costs £60 if you're not available without prior notice.
Custom-sized beds cannot be returned. Other items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. A £175 charge applies for incorrect size returns, and a £75 cancellation fee applies before dispatch.
We provide a 12-month repair/replacement warranty on bed frames, excluding normal wear, misuse, or improper assembly. See our full Warranty page for details.
