If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order.
Our beds are treated as specialist, made-to-order items and are non-returnable once the 48-hour cooling-off period has passed. Cancellations after this window incur a 30% restocking fee, calculated based on your order value.
Standard items may be returned if unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers bear return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag. Once the seal is broken, the mattress cannot be returned or exchanged.
Manufacturing defects are covered under our one-year manufacturer's warranty, which commences from the date you sign for your delivery.
