- Luxury Collection mattresses: up to 3-year coverage
Warranty begins on the delivery date.
What's Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when products are used with suitable bases. Coverage includes repair or replacement at no additional cost for qualifying issues.
What's Not Covered
- General wear (scratches, scuffs, colour changes)
- Damage resulting from improper assembly, including over-tightened bolts
- Incompatible mattress sizes or unsuitable bases
- Commercial, rental, or institutional use
- Moisture-related damage (mould, humidity, water ingress)
- Accidental damage or moving-related damage
- Accessories and electrical components (unless specified)
- Unauthorised repairs by non-approved technicians
- Clearance/sale items and products on non-approved bases may be ineligible
Warranty Conditions
To maintain validity, please:
- Provide proof of purchase when requested
- Follow assembly instructions precisely
- Keep products indoors in dry, climate-controlled spaces
- Re-tighten bolts/fixings at 30 days post-assembly, then every six months
